Master's degree in Communications or Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Communications or another related discipline. Excellent oral and written communications skills are required.
One to three years of teaching experience at the community college or post-secondary level is preferred. Online teaching experience is also preferred. Bilingual preferred.
Primary responsibilities include teaching courses such as Introduction to Communication and Public Speaking. Applicants must be able to teach day and/or evening classes on campus or off campus which may include classes offered at area high schools or Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
If selected for employment, the applicant must submit to a criminal background check and drug screening.
