Minimum Qualifications

an associate degree in business administration, office administration or related field from an accredited institution. A minimum of two to five years of related experience and/or training. Qualified applicants must have excellent customer service, record keeping, organizational, and communication skills. The person employed will coordinate activities with other college divisions, federal and state agencies, and other institutions. The person must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational functions of a computer.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Ellucian experience is preferred.

Position Description

Duties include assisting in the planning, organization, and supervision of the College’s registration and student records services. The person will actively participate in registration activities with faculty and staff and also perform a variety of technical tasks related to records and registration. Serve as the lead contact and editor for the college catalog. Interpret, apply, and assist the registrar in ensuring faculty and staff compliance with College policies and procedures; work with employees to correct deficiencies. Adhere to federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to the disclosure of student information. Answer questions and provide information to students and the public. Some evening and weekend work is required.
