Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.

Summary Description: The Customized Training Project Manager is the point person between the college and industry clients regarding customized training projects at the Kingsboro Megasite. The manager will oversee all aspects of project development, promotion, budget and resource planning, delivery, and evaluation. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Design, develop, and implement professional development and training programs for corporate clients. Secure and schedule qualified instructors to design and provide needed training as identified by corporate clients. Ensure effective communication exists between client and training facilitator, aligned with project goals and objectives. Effectively interact with current and potential industry clients to conduct and utilize needs assessments for training and staff development in an effort to identify potential customized training projects. Appropriately delegate tasks involved in training project accomplishment across physical, financial, as well as available part time and full time human resources. Monitor individual project and multiple project performance data in an effort to continuously improve the effectiveness of customized training projects. Develop and manage project budgets within local, state, and federal regulations. Other related duties as assigned.
