- Master's degree in higher education or a related field from a regionally accredited college or university. Extensive experience will be considered if degree is not related.
- Three years professional work experience in an enrollment management and recruitment setting.
- Experience supervising staff.
The Director, Recruitment and Student Engagement is responsible for planning and implementing a robust recruitment and community outreach program; providing and coordinating recruiting activities to attract curriculum students; and serving as a team player and liaison to other college departments to ensure excellent outreach and community presence in our seven county service area.
This position also collaborates with faculty and staff, the Coordinator, Student Life and Leadership and the college Foundation to plan and implement student leadership and engagement programs to include Ambassadors, Student Government Association (SGA), student clubs and organizations, intramurals, workshops and leadership opportunities.
Exercises functional and technical supervision over the Coordinator, Student Life and Leadership, part-time Career and Technical Education Recruiter and student volunteers.
