The Lead Instructor of the English as a Second Language (ESL) Program, Rowan County, is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of ESL instruction in all Rowan County class sites. This is a full-time position.
He / She coordinates the day-to-day operation and delivery of ESL instruction under the direction of the College and Career Readiness Director. As a Lead Instructor, he/she insures that guidelines/procedures established by the the Director of College and Career Readiness are carried out in a professional, timely, and efficient manner. The lead instructor is also accountable for monitoring student progress and completing all paperwork required to meet state and federal demands.
