Minimum Qualifications
Requires High School Diploma/Equivalency with at least five years work experience in facilities maintenance; valid driver’s license, ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds,
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree and electrical/HVAC license preferred.
Position Description
Under minimal supervision assists and/or performs assigned tasks involved in the maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical equipment as well as building repair, grounds and custodial work; work collaboratively with Director, Buildings and Grounds along with faculty and staff to create, nurture, assess and continuously improve the environment and systems necessary to facilitate learning at the Person County Campus.
