Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
Maintain a current Cosmetology or Manicurist License issued by the NC State Board of Cosmetic Arts
NC Cosmetology State Board of Cosmetic Arts Manicurist Instructor Licensed
2 years or more work experience
2 years or more knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Must specialize in manicuring/nail tech.
Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)

Position Description

Provide oversight for continuous deliver and instruction of course objective.
 
Prepare course outlines, competencies, teaching strategies, and curriculum development.
 
Provide oversight of NC State Board regulated programs.
Essential Duties:

Responsible for course scheduling and management.
 
Administer Examinations.
 
Manage the clinic floor, client intake, and training staff.
 
Work under guidance and supervision of the Department Director.
 
Assist in selecting and ordering supplies
 
Plan organize and develop material being taught in accordance with acceptable academic standards.
 
Teach assigned material in accordance with the approved curriculum.Responsible for course scheduling and management.
