• A Master’s degree in Economics from a regionally accredited college or university
A Master’s degree and at least 18 graduate semester hours in Economics.
• Prior experience in teaching at post-secondary level is preferred
To teach courses in Economics to college students through lecture, demonstration, and laboratory exercises, handouts, responding to questions and testing. The course load may include Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Macroeconomics.
Employees within this class are distinguished from the Program Director and Full-time Faculty by the performance of basic and general instructional duties. Employees at this level receive instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise.
