• Bachelor degree with a major in Psychology, Social Work or other closely related field from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Substance Abuse Counselor Intern (SACI) or Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC)
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of healthcare overall, and behavioral health/substance abuse specifically.
• Master’s degree with a major in Psychology, Social Work or other closely related field.
To provide classroom and/or online instruction to students enrolled in the Substance Abuse Counseling class provided through Continuing Education.
Employees within this class are distinguished from the Program Director and Full-time Faculty by the performance of basic and general instructional duties. Employees at this level receive instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise.
