● A Master’s degree in Psychology from a regionally accredited college or university
A Master’s degree and at least 18 graduate semester hours in Psychology.
● At least 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience at the postsecondary level
At least 1 year of experience working in the area of instruction.
To teach courses in Psychology to college students through lecture, demonstration, and laboratory exercises, handouts, responding to questions and testing. The course load may include General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Abnormal Psychology. The candidate must have a Master’s degree and at least 18 graduate hours in psychology.
Employees within this class are distinguished from the Lead Instructor by the performance of basic and general instructional duties. Employees at this level receive instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise.
