Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in higher education, business, or closely related field.
One or more years of related work experience in a secondary or post-secondary educational setting.
Two or more years of related experience in a community college or university setting.
Experience with Colleague by Ellucian or similar student information system.
Reports to the Registrar/Director of Records and is responsible for the evaluation and input of transfer credits. The position requires someone who is detail-oriented, and able to review and evaluate students’ documents fully. Duties include: the evaluation of all transfer credits from other colleges, military service, CLEP, and life experiences; ensuring transcript evaluations are completed in a timely and accurate manner; and, performing other duties as assigned by campus administration. This is a part-time position, approximately 25-30 hours per week.
