Bachelor degree, experience in Community College Payroll System, and ACA Reporting Experience and or knowledge preferred.
PURPOSE OF POSITION Responsible for various duties necessary for the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll and related reports; maintains payroll encumbrances; prepares contracts for payment; handles sensitive and confidential information ensuring compliance with college policies, along with state and federal guidelines. THE COLLEGE Piedmont Community College (PCC), one of 58 colleges in the North Carolina Community College System, is a multi-campus college located 40 miles north of the Research Triangle Park and 50 miles northeast of the Piedmont Triad. The College’s main campus is the Person County Campus, located in Roxboro, NC; its Caswell County Campus is located in Yanceyville, NC.
