Minimum Qualifications

Associates Degree required

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with previous experience in office administration. Experience in an educational setting preferred, but not required.

Position Description

Works with Executive Director of Foundation in: managing Foundation and institutional operations, scholarships and Foundation grants; overseeing grant and scholarship compliance and reporting; coordinating and managing scholarship audit; performing functions of financial administration and reporting including budget administration and processing of grants and scholarships; collaborating with various internal departments in scholarship recipient selection, compliance, administration, reporting, and funding; collaborating with scholarship benefactors in scholarship recipient identification and reporting; planning, organizing, and coordinating the Annual Scholarship Luncheon for student recipients and donors.
