Position Description

POSITION

Workforce Development Support Services Manager

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

The Workforce Development Support Services Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a productive front office work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and customer service. The Workforce Development Support Services Manager is also responsible for performing technical and administrative duties in support of Workforce Development course, section, payroll and fiscal management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree in business or office administration or closely related field
  • Three years’ experience in an office environment
