Experience with Blackboard and online teaching tools
Requirements:
Associates' degree

Must be credentialed in Radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Two years full-time employment as a clinical practitioner in Medical Radiography

Position Description
djunct faculty positions provide quality, effective instruction in assigned courses on a part-time, temporary basis and may be assigned to day or evening courses.
Responsibilities and Duties (*Essential Functions)

*Provides didactic and/or clinical instruction as assigned by the department head
*Prepares thoroughly for each instructional hour
*Selects learning experiences that facilitate the student attainment of course student learning outcomes
*Maintains accurate records of student work and attendance
*Maintains a safe and orderly learning environment
*Grades and returns student work in a timely manner
*Counsels students regarding their grades and progress in the course
Schedules regular office hours for consultation and academic advising with students
Maintains current certifications/license/credentials to practice in their profession
Utilizes a variety of instructional evaluation methods considering learning styles and teaching/learning theory
Participates in ongoing curriculum evaluation and recommend curriculum changes as appropriate to the changing needs of the program
Provides advising and academic planning for students
Participates in appropriate professional development activities
Collaborates with the Department Head and with the clinical agencies to ensure appropriate clinical placement for all students
Supervises and evaluates student clinical performance
Maintains clinical experience records and grades in accordance with institutional/departmental policies
