In support of the overall Learning College, the Drafting Instructor is responsible for providing a quality learning experience for students enrolled in drafting courses.  The instructor will work with the Lead Mechanical Drafting Instructor to coordinate courses within the curriculum program at multiple locations and online. 

Essential Responsibilities

1. Assist with developing course outlines and teaching materials based on current state curriculum standards
2. Facilitate the delivery of Mechanical Drafting Technology program classes including but not limited to introductory two-dimensional drafting and design, sketching, computer aided drafting, introductory solid modeling, 3D printing and architectural drafting all with a variety of software programs
3. Deliver a part-time teaching load providing a combination of traditional, internet, hybrid, and Career and College Promise classes as needed for the academic year
4. Perform expectations of a faculty member as stated in the Part Time Faculty Job Description
5. Other duties as assigned
