Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field. Must have experience in Gaming, Digital Effects and Animation.
Preferred Qualifications
MIS preferred or related degree with 18 hours in Information Technology. The optimal candidate will also have outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Position Description
This position may teach on the Person County Campus, Caswell County Campus, and/or at a high school supported by the College. The class(es) may be delivered face-to-face or online and/or high flex; and may be scheduled during the regular operating hours, at night, and/or on the weekends. Hiring for this position is contingent upon PCC student needs, funding, and scheduling throughout the year. The hourly rate for this part-time role is dependent upon qualifications. This position delivers instruction, maintains grade and attendance records; recognizes and responds appropriately to student diversity, utilizes clear learning goals and well-planned activities, and keeps weekly office hours.
