Minimum Qualifications

Requires an Associate’s Degree or higher, Certified Veterinary Assistant or higher credentials and at least five years advanced training or related to work experience in specified teaching area.

Certified Veterinary Assistant or higher credentials and at least five years advanced training or related to work experience in specified teaching area.

Position Description

Teach up to 124 hours of classroom and lab hours per course to prepare students to become certified Veterinary Assistants. Coordinate and maintain standards required by certifying agencies. Work with Business Studies staff and Agri-Business faculty to recruit students and maintain required documentation. Perform duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and positive relationships. Maintain effective and efficient use of materials.
