Minimum Qualifications
Requires an Associate degree in Office administration or related field; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum two years’ experience as an administrative assistant/clerical preferred.
Position Description
Assist the department and dean by performing administrative assistant duties including typing contracts and other correspondence, covering the help desk, scheduling tutors, cross-training, serving as a facilitator, and building course sections for Curriculum and Continuing Education as needed; assisting with assessment and scheduling of professional development activities and evaluations, and create spreadsheets and merge correspondence. Assist Vice President, Instruction’s office as needed.
