Minimum Qualifications

Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree in Office Systems Technology or related field with minimum two years’ experience administrative assistant/clerical preferred.

Position Description

Provide secretarial and office support services for Public Safety Training department; typing contracts and other correspondence, answering telephone and announcing visitors, managing travel requests and reimbursement, monitoring payroll, purchasing and budget requests, maintaining departmental files and records, scheduling to include registration and building of curriculum and continuing education classes, learn and use Destiny One Short Term Workforce Development Business Solution.
