Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or other software applications relating to data entry.  The use of email and internet is required.  Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.  This position will require the ability to multi-task, manage time and set priorities in order to meet deadlines.  

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Business, Office Systems, or related field 

Position Description

PT Small Business Center Administrative Assistant

Part-time Administrative Assistant Position will be responsible for initiating, coordinating, and performing administrative functions required for the effective operation and support of the Small Business Center. Expected work hours are 20-25 hours per week.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to sit and talk or hear and make repetivitive movements with fingers and hands while working on computer.  Job will occasionally require standing and walking.
