Minimum Qualifications

Requires minimum Associate’s Degree and 3 years prior administrative support experience and excellent communication and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications


Position Description

Provide general clerical support to all Title III staff members which includes typing, filing, copying, answering telephones, taking messages, greeting visitors, organizing and scheduling meetings, transcribing meeting minutes, maintaining program and staff calendars, making travel arrangements, ordering materials and supplies, and representing the Title III program and staff in a professional manner.
