Minimum Qualifications
Requires an Associate degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field of study from a regionally accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience as an administrative or office assistant.
Position Description
The purpose of this position is to perform general administrative support duties. Responsible for preparing project documents, maintaining budget records, requisitions, inventory, travel requests, office correspondence, and assisting in the preparation of the Annual Performance Report. This position will provide general administrative and clerical support. Monitor the budget and prepare accounting ledger, purchase requisitions, and other documentation. Maintain and control the office filing system, and locate, extract, and summarize information from files. Greet office visitors and connect them to the appropriate office personnel. Answer phone calls and take messages as needed.
