Minimum Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and an EMT or ability to obtain within one year after employment; Microsoft Office proficiency and general office management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field and two years’ experience in EMS/Fire services preferred. 

Position Description

Provide administrative support and program coordination services under the direction of the Director, EMS/Fire Programs. Responsible for creating and processing documents for contracts, hiring packages, student records, instructor course forms, data entry, and reporting in accordance with guidelines required by state, local, and federal agencies.
