Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum of one year customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thoroughly assist with the informational needs of individuals
- Demonstrated strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong computer skills and commitment to using technology
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change
- Able to work occasional evenings and Saturdays if needed

Position Description
SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The GetREAL Administrative Support Staff position is a full-time 12-month position that is responsible for providing administrative support to College and Career Readiness programs. The position reports to the Associate Dean, Arts, Science and Education and has the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and potential students and sharing information about programs
- Respond to phone, email and website inquires in a timely manner regarding course information and enrollment opportunities
- Maintain records for non-credit instruction by semester for audit purposes
- Prepare materials for non-credit classes
- Maintain social media accounts for GetREAL
- Maintain current records to support data collection, payroll, contracts and instructional processes
- Prepare and process purchase requests to support program needs
- Serve on College committees and attend College meetings
- Cross-train to assist in other areas of the school as needed
- Promote College mission, vision and values
- Work evenings and weekends as needed to facilitate program and course activities
- Perform other duties as assigned that support the College mission and initiatives
