Minimum Qualifications
Applicant must have an Associate of Applied Science degree in Advertising and Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field, and three years of professional or educational work experience. Experience with illustration, drafting, and photography. Significant experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Animate, and Premiere as demonstrated by a professional portfolio.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience at the community college or four-year college. Online teaching experience.

Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking qualified applicants for this position. Duties
Provide quality instruction Teach face-to-face classes to include days, evenings, and weekends both on and off campus.
Teach online classes as needed by the Department.
Incorporate latest instructional technologies & interactive learning technologies in course delivery.
Assist in program recruitment.
Advise and register students who are in the program.
Monitor and improve student retention.
Maintain class records.
Assist in the design and update of course syllabi, outlines, and lesson plans.
Periodically evaluate and develop new courses. Revise and update existing courses for relevancy and currency consistent with the role and mission of the college.
Maintain face-to-face and/or online classroom environments conducive to student learning, engagement, and retention.
Maintain accurate scholastic and membership records of students enrolled in classes and prepare and submit reports as required.
Evaluate classroom and online instruction and make necessary improvements.
Provide quality customer service to students, faculty and staff.
Continually develop and improve skills through professional development.
Participate in faculty committees and other activities, as assigned.
