Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of relational databases
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux OS environment
Understanding of programming languages for basic troubleshooting
Demonstrated experience in the development of technical and user documentation.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
Awareness of project management skills with ability to multi-task within tight timelines and high client expectations.
Ability to define requirements, troubleshoot and support users.
Good analytical, customer service and team-oriented interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced, highly technical environment.
Ability to demonstrate excellent technical skills.
Ability to maintain records accurately and meet deadlines consistently.


Associate's Degree

One year programming experience

Ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed 

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's Degree in an IT related field

Higher Education Experience

ITIL Foundation

Knowledge of ERP Systems (Ellucian Colleague/Banner, Peoplesoft, etc)

Pay Grade: Professional 5

This position assists in the daily operations of the support, maintenance and reporting for the College's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application.

*Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues related to the ERP, provide recommendations for correction and, for the less complex issues, implement the necessary basic coding modifications
*Provides data and reports per customer requests
*Assists Application Analyst II/III in the implementation of new applications or systems including installing software, quality assurance testing, and configuration
*Assists customers with business analysis to determine the most effective solution
*Assist in the maintenance of security access to the ERP and related systems

Develops and maintains documentation for routine procedures and tasks
Provides training and expertise to customers
