Job Summary
Pay Grade: Professional 7
This position serves as a senior analyst that works as a lead team member supporting the College's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application. This includes design and development of software applications and processes that enhance the ERP system used by staff, faculty and students. This position will maintain, support, and secure the ERP to ensure critical business processes can be executed.
Responsibilities and Duties (*Essential Functions)

*Serves as the technical lead on ERP related projects
*Identifies and implements best practices to optimize performance within the ERP System
*Ensures availability of the ERP and related systems to meet customer expectations
*Implements standards that ensures security, compliance and stability of the ERP
*Advanced reporting and data analytics
*Responsible for design, development and maintenance of interfaces with other College and external applications.
*Translates and prioritizes user requirements into objectives for incorporating in current or future ERP product releases.
*Performs advanced database administration tasks.
*Evaluates and implements applications and processes for inclusion into ERP systems.
*Responsible for day-to-day operations of the ERP system including resolving problems and issues reported by College users.
Maintains revision controls for ERP customization.
Develops and maintains documentation for use and maintenance of ERP applications
Maintains security design and data integrity of all ERP systems.
Recommend new technologies to improve operations and customer service.
Provides training, technical resources, and support to end users of ERP systems and junior level analyst and end users.
Completes an annual applied benchmark project on an individual or group basis
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Translate user requirements in to programs
Hands-on experience working with relational databases
Hands on experience with Unix/Linux OS environment
Hands on experience with complex programming languages
Demonstrated experience in the development of technical and user documentation.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
Awareness of project management skills with ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations.
Ability to define requirements, troubleshoot and support users.
