Experience
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution required.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in developing and maintaining working relationships with industry partners, public school systems, and/or community colleges.

Ability to:

• Knowledgeably relate to business/industry representatives from front line trainers to top management in large to small companies.
• Prioritize and schedule daily activities in a timely manner.
• Accurately assess jobs integrating skills standards and design work processes.
• Cultivate a network of business partners and students.

Other Personal Traits
Good oral and written communication skills; proactive, self-directed and task-oriented; understanding and capability of delivering excellent customer service; ability to work as a team-player in a team-based environment; dress and grooming appropriate to professional office setting.

Other Requirements: Must be able to pass CVCC and any service area school system's background check, have valid driver's license and/or ability to travel throughout service area on a daily basis as needed.
