Minimum Qualifications
A Master’s degree in a computer science related field is required. All post-secondary credentials must be from regionally accredited institutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills re required. Must be a self-starter, a team player, and possess the ability to work well with others. Experience with Python programming language, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and software development are preferred.
Applicant must provide access to a digital portfolio showcasing Artificial Intelligence experience and accomplishments. The portfolio must be accessible via a URL posted in the resume that is uploaded during completion of the online application.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience and bilingual are preferred.
Position Description
The Artificial Intelligence Online Instructor is responsible for teaching and proactively staying current in emerging computer science fields which may include but not be limited to artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and software development. Duties include teaching courses online; designing and implementing learning strategies for students; developing course content and instructional materials when warranted. Must maintain instructional records; submit reports in a timely manner; and develop and evaluate course and program learning outcomes.
