  • Associate Degree
  • Bilingual Spanish/English communicator

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 
     

  • Proficient in using word processing and spreadsheet functions in Microsoft Office and Google suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working in an academic environment
  • Prior experience with Colleague or ADVANSYS

The Assessment Recruitment and Retention Specialist at Central Carolina Community College is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of College and Career Readiness data; assisting in recruiting, testing, and monitoring operations of the College and Career Readiness Department; and analyzing student data per NCCCS Basic Skills benchmarks and federal requirements to prepare timely reports that allow for data-informed management.

 

The College and Career Readiness Department at Central Carolina Community College provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in postsecondary education and training that lead to gainful employment.

This position may have occasional travel between campuses and for training. Occasional after hours may be required.
