Minimum Qualifications

Education Required

  • Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution

Experience Required

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Esports operations or tournament management
  • 1-2 years of coaching experience in collegiate, high school, or similar environments

Preferred Qualifications

Education Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution

Experience Preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Esports operations or tournament management
  • 4 years of experience supervising students, work studies, or employees
  • 4 years of experience in Esports or entertainment productions

Position Description

This position supports GTCC Esports operations. This position involves working with Esports equipment and communicating with athletes/student leaders.
