Position Description
Job Description
The College Compliance Coordinator is a part-time, 12-month position located on the OCH Campus in Monroe, NC. Under the direction of the Internal Auditor, the College Compliance Coordinator will be knowledgeable of the business processes to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations. This individual will support the department with the review process and other processes and software in support of compliance.
Job Duties
· Assist with examination of rosters and Moodle reports to ensure accurate attendance is recorded, Moodle reports are submitted and correct; and follow-up with faculty for missing or inaccurate documentation
· Assist with audit and follow-up of Basic Skills and CCP records
· Assist with CE Master class files to ensure the maintenance of accurate and appropriate student, instructor, and course program documentation
· Assist with Compliance Reviews
· May communicate with faculty, Success Navigators, Coordinators, and Program Directors to correct errors
· May review course schedules to ensure accurate census dates
· Update the NCWorks webpage
· Assist with development and maintenance of College Compliance manual
· Maintain documentation that supports the College Compliance Strategic Plan
· Assist with updates to College Catalog
· Assist with administration of the Policies and Procedures Manual
· Maintain a library of updated regulations and guidance from NCCCS
· Comply with college policies rules and regulations
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Internal Auditor or Director of College Compliance
