Master's degree from an accredited institution with at least 18 graduate hours in Communication. Special consideration will be granted for candidates with an additional 18 graduate hours in English. 

Prior teaching experience required with preference given to post-secondary and/or community college experience.

Position Description

POSITION

Communication Faculty (9-months)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The primary role of a full-time faculty member is to focus on academic excellence

and student success, and encourage lifelong learning by working collaboratively with college stakeholders to support the mission of the college. Full-time faculty members ensure the quality and integrity of the college’s academic programs through teaching and student learning, professional development, and college service.  This position reports directly to the Dean of Liberal Arts & University Transfer.  Full-time Liberal Arts & University Transfer faculty teach 18-20 hours per semester.
