Minimum Qualifications
Four years of experience in the construction industry and 2 years of administrative experience.
An Associate degree from an accredited college or technical institute in Industrial Management, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent.
Extensive industrial management or construction management experience providing supervision in the fields of carpentry, electrical, construction management or heating and air conditioning maintenance may be qualifying in lieu of associate’s degree completion at the discretion of the College.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
