Provide face-to-face classroom and laboratory instruction through lecture, demonstration, laboratory exercises, and testing to guide students through various Construction Trades Courses (such as Contractor, HVAC, Carpentry, and/or Plumbing training classes).  Prepare lesson plans and schedule classroom activities; provide classroom demonstrations on various equipment and machinery; develop laboratory assignments to provide hands on experience as appropriate; and maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.  Licensed Professional Contractor, Plumber, HVAC Technician, or Carpentry professional credential and a minimum of three (3) years experience in field, required.  Education, training, and/or work experience equivalent to an Associate’s degree or higher in a related field, preferred.  Standard working hours may include daytime or evening, and possibly weekends.

Salary:  Based on education and experience.
