Minimum Qualifications
Requires high school diploma or equivalent required; Two years minimum experience in an office setting preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Must be a team player with good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Position Description
Convey excellent customer service to individuals inquiring about programs/courses either by phone, in person or e-mail; Register students and verify completed registration forms; Assist with preparing instructional materials for workshops and presentations; Enter sections in Colleague; Maintain files related to programs in a confidential manner; Assist with marketing efforts for instructional programs; Type correspondence and prepare spreadsheets; attend departmental staff meetings and professional development training as needed; Assist with all other duties as assigned within program guidelines by the Academic Dean or their designee.
