Minimum Qualifications
Requires an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Description
The purpose of this position is to coordinate and report on grant-funded projects for the Office of the Vice President of Instruction; Collect, compile, and report CE data relating to enrollment, credentials, completion, and success; Assist deans and others with CE registration, course building, and audit packages as needed; Assist with development of marketing materials including course flyers, press releases, and semester course schedule; Ensure compliance with Accountability and Integrity Policy; Assist with monthly payroll and part-time contracts; Assist with purchasing and complete budget transfers; Assist with scheduling and coverage of the Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center (BDEC); and other duties as assigned.
