Expected Work Hours

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree with one year of appropriate work experience. Work experience directly related to survey development and analysis, data entry and extraction, research, work experience in post-secondary education, database management, assessment, and/or planning responsibilities.

Essential Functions

1. Manage and coordinate the College planning process by communicating essential updates to unit planners and senior leadership. 

2. Coordinate and facilitate standardized assessments of student engagement and satisfaction and employee engagement and satisfaction.

3. Maintain the college’s survey account and provide assistance on survey development and data analysis upon request.

4. Maintain Watermark Planning and Self-Study tool and develop reports to assess the progress of success and learning outcomes for the strategic plan and equity scorecard.

5. Manage and coordinate the College Service Area Review process and assist with data collection for Academic Program Review.

6. Assist with the data needs in support of College-wide initiatives tied to the strategic plan.

7. Collaborate with Coordinator, Instructional Assessment and Planning.

8. Collaborate with Coordinate the College learning assessment process by working with academic areas to develop student learning outcomes and assessment plans that reflect labor market demands and student needs.

9. Manage the College student evaluation of curriculum and continuing education instruction process.

10. Provide data to support enrollment management and submission of grant applications and to fulfill requests from various departments and community partners.

11. Develop and provide presentations and training of survey results and assessment practices.

12. Serve on various College committees as assigned.

13. Perform additional duties or activities as assigned by the department supervisor, division vice president, and the president.
