Minimum Qualifications

Requires Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of three years’ experience as a mentor, advisor, or counselor in a college setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in student success program development for marginalized populations; excellent oral/written communication skills.

Position Description

The part-time Coordinator, MMSI serves as the administrator of the Male Minority Success Initiative programs. The MMSI Coordinator develops and implements policies, procedures, and organizational structure consistent with programming, mentoring, coaching, and the MMSI cohort. Lead the MMSI program development, events, recruitment, vision, and goals. Communicate information to students and work with them to solve problems on and off campus.
