Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in business, social sciences, or any field related to SCC program pathways.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to and experience with low-income students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Minimum of three years of experience in administrative or office management
- Demonstrated skills in data collection, data entry, report preparation, and advanced skills in Microsoft applications.

Position Description
The Title III Project Coordinator is a grant-funded position that expires at the end of the five-year grant cycle (September 30, 2028). Reporting to the Title III Project Director, the Project Coordinator will conduct status checks with key grant personnel through weekly meetings and will present monthly Progress and Operational Reports to the Project Director for feedback and direction. These reports will include monthly time and effort reporting.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for daily project operation
- Implement a calendar of Title III project tasks for project duration
- Assist the Project Director with administrative tasks as needed.
OTHER DUTIES:
- Work effectively with college staff, faculty, students, and key stakeholders in carrying out project goals and objectives.
