Requires Bachelor’s degree in career and technical program or related field from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution; two (2) years of relevant work experience in business/industry setting; experience coordinating complex programs or projects involving multiple partners; experience building collaborative relationships between education, business and industry partners; have experience using Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn institutional systems and reporting methods; excellent communication and public relations, organizational, and time management skills
Master's Degree preferred
Develop and expand the work-based learning program; work with educational leaders, community partners, and business and industry leaders to support and secure work-based learning opportunities for PCC students, Person County School students, and externships for faculty and teachers; collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders to initiate partnerships and enhance student success.
