Responsible for general housekeeping, and minor maintenance of the buildings, grounds, and landscaping.  Clean buildings including offices, hallways, meeting rooms, and classrooms.  Clean, sanitize, and re-stock restrooms.  Wash windows, and remove trash from buildings and deposit into a container for removal from campus.  Maintain safe and clean facilities and grounds for patrons and visitors.  Provide floor care including stripping and waxing, buffing, dust mopping, damp mopping, and carpet care as scheduled.  Assist in setup and removal of materials and equipment for special events, and maintain the appearance of grounds, sidewalks, and common areas.  Deliver supplies and materials for staff when needed.

Salary:  $2,014.00 per month.

Start Date:  March 15, 2021.
