Position Description

This is a twelve (12) month, full-time position in the Division of Continuing Education.  Working hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Responsible for providing customer service to students, and other internal and external customers, and providing clerical support to the Division.  Duties include answering a multi-line phone, registering students, cash handling, posting payments, assisting Directors and Coordinators within the Division, and supervising front desk personnel.  Process Defensive Driving and Motorcycle Safety registration.  High School diploma or equivalent, two years of secretarial experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, required.  An Associate’s degree and experience with Access and PowerPoint preferred.  Supervisory experience also preferred.

Salary:  $2,086.00 per month.

Start Date:  December 2, 2019.

Closing Date:  November 27, 2019, or open until filled.
