Enter and process assigned student demographic, financial and performance data related to student admissions and/or the awarding of student aid. Provide data entry and data processing assistance to the Admissions Office, Financial Aid Office, Registrar’s Office, and Veteran’s Programs Office. Assist with placement testing, registration, graduation and/or other projects in support of the Student Services Division. High school diploma or AHS/GED credentials required. Work experience or diploma/degree in a business/information technology field preferred. Data entry experience preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with keyboarding and Microsoft applications required. The ability to multi-task and process data with speed, accuracy and attention to detail required. Note: Prospective applicants must be able to receive full access to the College’s computer system. Up to 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Salary: $10.00 per hour/25 hours per week.
Start Date: September 3, 2019.
Closing Date: August 23, 2019, or open until filled.
