The employee in this position will enter and process assigned student demographic and performance data related to student admissions and records.  Provide data entry and data processing assistance to the Admissions Office and Registrar’s Office.  Assist with the transcript evaluation process, placement testing, registration, graduation and/or other projects in support of the Student Services Division.  Daytime position with some scheduled evening work required.  High school diploma or AHS/GED required.  Demonstrated proficiency with keyboarding and Microsoft applications required.  The ability to multi-task and process data with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail required.  Work experience or diploma/degree in a business/information technology field preferred.  Data entry experience preferred.  Note:  Prospective applicants must be able to receive full access to the College’s computer system.  25 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.  Some scheduled evening work required.

Salary:  $10.00 per hour/25 hours per week.
