Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Workforce Education and Development, Community College/Higher Education, Educational Leadership, Business or related field from an accredited college or university. (Master’s degree in one of these areas is preferred!) Three to five years of demonstrated leadership experience in workforce development and continuing education programming. Assesses, develops and continuously improves continuing education, workforce development, and personal professional development programs that will meet the current and future needs of the local economy.
