Master’s degree in Higher Education or Student Services-related field from an accredited institution and 3-5 years’ experience in the Student Services-related field required. Computer skills: must be adept at data entry and retrieval using the Ellucian Colleague System, MS Office programs. Excellent supervision, management, leadership and public relation skills.
Experience and/or knowledge of the North Carolina Community College System, Planning and budgeting processes is preferred.
Candidates must be able to perform the functions of College Registrar, including running college reports, responding to state and federal reporting requirements, and ensuring the accuracy of FTE reporting processes. Primary activities include supervision of recruiting, admissions, registration, counseling, academic and career planning, financial aid, marketing, and advertising, and public relations activities.
