Requires Associates degree in Information Technology or related field and one-year experience in software/hardware installation and troubleshooting
Serve as member of Systems team and be the first line of support for all college employees; provide customer support for end user desktops, mobile devices, applications, print services, and remote access services; manage, maintain, and deploy new technology via remote applications (SCCM) and physical means; perform routine installation and troubleshooting of Windows Operating Systems and supporting hardware and AV equipment; perform regSupport and maintain desktop computers; install, maintain equipment and software; and support distance learning IT initiatives.
