Five years preferred experience in software/hardware installation and troubleshooting. MCSE and/or CCNA preferred
Provide second line of support for all college employees; provide technical support to end users running Microsoft Windows 7 and 10; patch management using SCCM; MS Office/Office 365 product support and troubleshooting; configure network equipment; and support video conference initiatives
